Our school uses the Teachers 2 Parents text service to ensure parents can be contacted promptly with all kinds of information. The text service is used to inform parents of minor incidents or injuries that may occur during the school day, to informparents of expected arrival times when the children have been on a school visit or sporting activity and is used to send reminders or warn or school closures. Please ensure the school always has your current mobile telephone number.
All children in Reception and Key Stage 1 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals. School meals are payable from Year 3 onwards and the current rate per meal is £1.80.

It is vital that all homework tasks sent home are completed on time and returned to school on the correct day. This is an efficient way for the teachers to monitor individual progress. If for any reason there are concerns about the homework given, please communicate this to the class teacher concerned.

As a Healthy School we provide healthy snacks. Key Stage 1 children have fruit provided each morning break. Key Stage 2 children may bring in snack money to purchase toast or a fruit drink from the Kitchen at morning break. Nutritional standards require no more crisps and E number soft drinks are to be offered.
